Flooring decisions are tricky because it might not seem to be an important decision, but if you don’t decide well, you are going to be walking on something that doesn’t work for you and your needs for a while. Here are some suggestions for types of flooring that can be used in a new home.

If you love stone, you might also want to consider tile as well. We love using tile in bathrooms, kitchens, and entryways as well. It is easy to clean up, which makes it a great choice for places you have to clean a lot, such as the kitchen and bathroom.

Hardwood floors are a great choice for flooring. Many people love their classic beauty and the warmth they bring into a home. If you are concerned about the environment, hardwood flooring is available using recycled or repurposed wood. However, you need to consider your home and the people living in it. Hardwood floors can be damaged by dropping heavy objects onto, as well as by pets. Hardwood floors can be used in any room that you like in the home, but we caution against using them in bathrooms.
