Bird Key Bayfront

Bird Key Bayfront is a contemporary custom waterfront home by Nutter Custom Construction, set on Sarasota’s Bird Key with sweeping views across the bay. As a trusted custom home builder on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Nutter Custom Construction shaped open, light-filled living spaces around the water: a double-height great room with glass railings and a floating staircase, a linear fireplace wall, and a chef’s kitchen with waterfall marble islands, beamed coffered ceilings and a custom glass-shelved bar.
