Our Founder: Roots That Run Deep

T.J. Nutter is a Sarasota native whose life has been shaped by the local construction industry. Growing up with a father and grandfather who owned roofing companies, T.J. learned early on that a builder's most valuable tool is their reputation. After a successful collegiate football career at Tennessee Tech and the University of South Florida, he returned to his roots, combining his financial background with a lifelong love for building.

Today, T.J. is recognized as a "relationship contractor." He remains hands-on with every project, ensuring that the legacy of integrity started by his grandfather continues in every home that bears the Nutter name.
